General Conditions

• The renter must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid identification.
• A working mobile phone must be kept on hand for emergency contact during the ride

Passenger Limits

• By law, a maximum of 6 passengers is allowed on the vessel at any given time.

Prohibited Activities

• No pets allowed.
• No swimming, fishing, or diving from the vessel.
• No drugs or illegal substances are allowed.
• It is strictly forbidden to operate the vessel under the influence of alcohol (0.08% BAC or higher) or any other drugs.

Liability for Personal Belongings:

• We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal items.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Conditions

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No Shows will be charged the full amount, plus sales tax

Late Return or Rescue Fees

• A late return or rescue will incur an inconvenience fee of $150.

Rental Time:

• The maximum rental time is 2 hours per boat.
• The onboarding briefing and check-in procedures begin 20 minutes before departure.
• No compensation time will be provided for late check-ins
• No refunds will be issued for early return

Hazards and Risks

• The renter is responsible for their safety and the safety of their passengers.
• By renting one of our vessels, you acknowledge that various hazards are associated with boating, which can lead to property damage, serious injury, or death. AT ALL TIMES
